roberto checked me in quickly. breakfast was fantastic with a great selection. fernanda gave me a friendly checkout. i will return because i enjoyed my stay.
The sound insulation was poor. I could hear street noise.

the location provides easy access to the metro. a bus stop is very close to the hotel. a 24-hour carrefour supermarket is less than five minutes away on foot.

the hotel has two elevators available . the front desk staff was multilingual and helpful. staff quickly resolved issues with gluten-free options at breakfast. they provided maps and metro information upon arrival.

compact room loud street
The room I got was, shall we say , compact. I could barely turn around without bumping into something. Also , the noise from the street was pretty bad . I could hear every scooter and car like they were right next to my bed.

faulty air conditioning difficult safe
the breakfast offered a good selection of fruits and vegetables, which i found satisfactory.
the air conditioning in my superior single room didn't work properly, and the room was too warm for my liking. also, the noise from the street was quite loud. the safe in my room was quite old and difficult to operate, it felt quite insecure.

i stayed for five nights. the superior double or twin room had air conditioning and a safe. the breakfast included fresh fruit and pastries!

charming stay near vatican
extensive breakfast helpful staff
I found the breakfast choice extensive, and the staff were very helpful with directions! the hotel also provided a useful map upon arrival. I appreciated this detailed orientation. i also secured gluten-free options easily thanks to the proactive staff.
The room had paper-thin walls, allowing noise to travel easily from neighboring rooms. This made sleeping difficult. i could hear chairs moving and doors slamming, disruptive !
